Terms of Service for Digital Commissions

📌Artist Rights & Usage

  • All commissioned artworks/design are for personal and event use only unless stated otherwise.

  • Proper credit is required whenever the artwork/design is posted or shared.

  • Please credit as: @juwonderfulart / @ajd_x_art (Ringo) on all platforms.

  • The artist retains full rights to the artwork/design and may post it for portfolio and promotion purposes.

  • Do not edit, trace, or modify the artwork without permission.

  • Reselling or commercial use beyond the agreed purpose is not allowed without consent.

📌 Process
I will begin working on your piece after payment and confirmation of details. Progress updates will be provided during key stages (e.g. sketch, base color). Minor revisions are allowed during the sketch/design phase. Major revisions after the final design may incur extra charges.📌 Payment
Payment is via [GCASH/MAYA/BDO], upfront or 50/50 split depending on the total price.
All prices are in PHP, unless stated otherwise.📌 Turnaround Time
Completion time may vary based on the complexity of the piece and my schedule, usually within 3-7 days for Art Commission. Multiple design commission such as Kit Packages may take up to 3 weeks or more, please make sure to plan ahead atleast 3months before the event date.
Rush orders may be accepted for an additional fee.📌 Refund Policy
Refunds are not available once I have accepted your commission. Please make sure to finalize your request and confirm all details before payment.I reserve the right to refund and cancel a commission at any time if I cannot complete it for any reason.📌 Verification Policy
Please note that all payments must be verified through my official payment channels.
I will only begin work once I have personally confirmed that your payment has been successfully received.* Fake or altered proof of payment will not be accepted.
* Attempting to deceive or scam will result in immediate cancellation of your commission request and placement on a blacklist.Your honesty and cooperation are appreciated to ensure a smooth and fair process for everyone.
